Gelato, from scratch
Made in-house, the Italian way. We trained with Carpigiani — the Italian gelato school — and build every batch from scratch. French cream, real ingredients, no premix, no artificial flavours. If it tastes like pistachio, there's pistachio in it.

What goes in is the whole point. French cream for body, and the flavours bought from wherever they're actually best — pistachio from Sicily, matcha from our Kyoto supplier, coffee from Samadool. Nothing comes out of a powder or a flavour bottle.
