Arrival

  1. Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00.
  2. Contact us at least 24 hours before arrival.
  3. Send your name, passport and arrival time via WhatsApp or LINE.
  4. We send your lockbox access code and full instructions.

Departure

  1. Check-out by 11:00.
  2. Leave the key on the bed.
  3. Luggage storage available after check-out.
  4. We're on WhatsApp if you need anything.
